The grapes are de-stemmed and pressed. The juice is left to rest in a cold atmosphere before fermentation. Matured in steel containers.
Avoid excessive temperature changes in the bottle. It is good practice not to leave the product in the refrigerator for a long time.
Straw-coloured yellow with greenish tinges
It has a delicate fragrance with notes of white flowers, peach and lemon.
Nice persistence in the mouth enhanced by whiffs of salt and acid
Blanc: a typically Friulian name for this regional blend that describes, also on the label, the special position of the vineyards from which its grapes come, located between the mountains and the Meduna, Cellina and Tagliamento rivers. The yellow straw-colour with greenish tinges speaks of its youth and lightness.The fragrance is an embrace of white flowers, peach and lemon. The terrain can be found on tasting, in the salty-acidic swirls.
Ideal with light dishes, salads and fried fish.
