Short maceration of the grapes to obtain the "antique pink" shade; after draining, fermentation of the must at 18°C guarantees the aromatic and flavoursome fragrance.Maturing at a low temperature enhances the fresh-fruity character of this alternative cuvée.
Avoid excessive temperature changes in the bottle. It is good practice not to leave the product in the refrigerator for a long time.

Le Piere is a blend of Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso and Raboso grapes. It is a cuvée with an antiquated pink colour that wants to keep up with the times while enhancing the Friulian and Veneto tradition through the skilful use of two native red grapes. The aromas of bergamot, peach and raspberry convey liveliness and freshness which is then found on the palate in the crispness and sweet-savoury contrast.
