GRAPE VARIETY
Selection of white grapes (Glera, Chardonnay and other aromatic varieties) sourced exclusively from our Friulian estate "I Magredi".
VINIFICATION
White vinification without skin contact. Fermentation entirely in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of around 16 °C to fully enhance the aromatic profile of the grapes.
DE-ALCOHOLISATION METHOD
Vacuum de-alcoholisation in a distillation column, with gentle low-temperature heating (36–37 °C).
ALCOHOL CONTENT
0.05 Vol.%
TIPS FOR DRINKING
For optimal enjoyment, chill the bottle gradually by placing it in the refrigerator in advance, avoiding sudden temperature changes. Serve in a flute at an ideal temperature of 6-8°C.
