Lively and fruity in taste, they are not only the perfect accompaniment for aperitifs but, thanks to their softness, they are among the most versatile sparkling wines. Definitely try the combination with shellfish and, why not, with pizza. Our Spumanti Rosé are obtained from a cuvée of highly selected white grapes with the addition of Nerello Masclaese and vinified in rosé with a soft pressing of red grapes without maceration of the skins.
