TIPS FOR DRINKING
Gradual cooling in the refrigerator, without excessive temperature changes. To fully appreciate the product, a long-stemmed glass is the most suitable, serve at 6-7C°.

Description
The Cuvée of Boj Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG is the finest example of the territory. It originates from the Valle dei Buoi, suitable growing area in the hamlet of Pietro di Barbozza in Valdobbiadene with its terrain's outstanding microclimatic features. The sparkling wine, in fact, takes its name from this valley, safeguarding all of Valdo's sparkling wine skills.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Its peculiarities can be fully appreciated with fish-based dishes. Excellent as an aperitif, but even more so as a wine that perfectly accompanies the entire meal.
