Description
Elevantum Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG is a symbol of purity and excellence. Rare and unique like the land of the Prosecco Superiore, the Valdobbiadene gold. It is a Prosecco Superiore DOCG with a fine and persistent perlage for a toast that hints towards golden light-like gems, offering an exclusive and refined taste. It rests on lees for 5 months in steel autoclaves, via the long Charmat method, and then ages for at least 2 months in bottles.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Its peculiarities can be fully appreciated with fish-based dishes. Excellent as an aperitif, but even more so as a sparkling wine that perfectly accompanies any meal.
