Tasting Notes
-
Color
A soft, bright pink reminiscent of the colour of rosehip petals.
-
Bouquet
Floral and delicately fruity, with hints of apple, pear and small red fruits.
-
Taste
Dry, harmonious, persistent and pleasantly fruity.
Elevantum Prosecco DOC Rosé is the splendid pink version of Prosecco, where Glera grapes meet Pinot Nero to give life to a Rosé Brut Millesimato sparkling wine, obtained with a sparkling process in steel for at least 90 days. Its elegant and minimalist style, with an extremely refined, silky pink colour, and persistent foam, is inviting in aromas that recall the notes of apple and small red fruits. The flavour is delicate, rich in fruity sensations, pleasantly harmonious and with a long finish.
FOOD PAIRINGS
As an alternative aperitif, it goes very well with pasta and fish dishes, particularly with tuna or sea bass tartare.
