Description
Garda DOC sparkling wine is a supply chain project that Valdo strongly supports. It represents an opportunity to combine the wine-growing vocation of the Lake Garda area with the Valdo sparkling wine tradition. The Garganega grape, typical of the Veronese area, and the Chardonnay grapes that make up this sparkling wine, with its fruity and delicately savoury flavour, come from the vineyards that border this splendid lake. The label strongly echoes the waves of Lake Garda, through a contemporary and elegant packaging.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Excellent as an aperitif, it is a sparkling wine that can be paired with appetizers and typical Venetian first courses, in particular baked fish and risotto prepared with vegetables and shrimp.
