The Prosecco DOC Bio di Valdo is a sparkling wine made by using certified organic grapes. The paper used for the label and the cork are FSC certified, as they come only from forests that are managed with a view to social responsibility. This sparkling wine aims to recall the socially sustainable imprint that Valdo holds, without giving up the aromas and typicality of a Prosecco DOC; suitable to be enjoyed both as an aperitif and to accompany delicate white meat or fish dishes.
Perfect as an aperitif, it is also an ideal accompaniment to fish and risotto dishes. Also excellent with sushi and sashimi.
