Sparkling wine made with Martinotti-Charmat method of 3 months and subsequent aging in bottle.

TIPS FOR DRINKING
Gradual cooling in the refrigerator, without excessive temperature changes. To fully appreciate the product the glass is the most suitable, serve at 6-7C°

Description
The 200ml version of Prosecco Doc Rosé Millesimato comes from the modern interpretation of the most drunk sparkling wine in the world. It is characterized by its silky pink color and its pleasantly fruity taste.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Alternative aperitif, it goes very well with pasta dishes. Also ideal with fish based main courses such as tuna tartare or sea bass.
