TIPS FOR DRINKING
Gradual cooling in the refrigerator, without excessive temperature changes. To fully appreciate the product, a long-stemmed glass is the most suitable, serve at 6-7C°.

Description
Prosecco DOC Tenuta La Maredana Rosé comes from a selection of the best vineyards of Tenuta La Maredana, in the splendid setting of the province of Treviso between Conegliano and the border with Friuli, this Prosecco DOC Rosé Brut is born.The blend consists of 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Noir fermented in red. The colour is a sophisticated silky pink, on the nose the aromas of small red fruits are effectively interwoven with a floral bouquet of wisteria, on the palate we find the fruit and the pleasure of an essential drink supported by a surprising creaminess of the bubbles.
FOOD PAIRINGS
An alternative aperitif, it goes very well with pasta and fish dishes, particularly with tuna tartare, and - if you dare - even meat.
